The 8th grade Promotion ceremony is next week on Tuesday, May 23rd at 6 pm at the Moonlight Amphitheatre. Students should arrive by 5 pm and enter at the main entrance, and families will be allowed to enter and take their seats at 5:30 pm. Students should dress up for the occasion, and dress code expectations have been reviewed with students already. Parents, please do not bring balloons or noisemakers of any kind, as they will not be allowed inside. We will hold a Promotion rehearsal at school during periods 7 and 8 on the day of Promotion, so please do not pick up your students early from school.

On Friday May 26th, 8th grade students in Maroon Village (Macey, Milvidskaia, Blocker) and Silver Village (Vega, Jones, Sanchez) will go on their field trip to the Safari Park. Parent chaperones are welcome, thank you for your help.

Thursday, May 25th from 5:30-7:00 pm is our Open House event called IB World Night. 8th grade students will present the outcomes of their Community Projects and transform their classrooms with impressive displays of their work.
